Entre Chateau La Vallière et Le Mans, dans le village de La Bruère sur le Loir, agréable étang de 2 hectares de type gravière sur une terrain global de 33000 m², secteur calme sans vis à vis et nuisances. Le terrain entièrement clos est en écopaturage avec des animaux en autonomie.

Un dépendance de 20 m² permet de stocker du matériel en toute sécurité. L'accès aux contours de l'étang se fait en voiture en toutes saisons.
